Vernissage
The vernissage of the biennale new talents is at the same time the inauguration of the first completed part of the new Rheinauhafen. On Saturday, 16th August 2008, several speeches will be given on behalf of both occasions:

Subsequent to the vernissage several open-air concerts will take place on different stages. The Media Kultur Köln GmbH and the Hochschule für Musik are organizing this musical inauguration program to celebrate, among others, the opening of the new harbour.
On Sunday, 17th August 2008, additional music groups will be presented.
